Dr. Ashima Joshi is currently Director & Professor and Head of the Department of HR-OB and General Management at Prestige Institute of Management and Research Dewas. She is also handling the Prestige Education Foundation Chairman’s Office as Deputy Director. She has rich teaching experience of 23 years. She is Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishvavidhyalaya (DAVV), Indore. She has earned four master's degrees in the fields of Human Resource Management, Finance and Inorganic and Organic Chemistry and is an Associate International Congress of Chemistry and Environment (AICCE). She had secured a position in the merit list of Devi Ahilya Vishvavidhyalaya, Indore. She is a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor at Samrat Vikramaditya University, Ujjain. She is empanelled on the Editorial Board of many International Research Journals of repute.
She has also been involved in various training programs in and out of the Institute. She has to her credit more than 85 research publications that include Scopus, ABDC, UGC Indexed and Peer-reviewed Journals. Some of her research publications are with foreign authors. Her Research paper was shortlisted for the best research paper category. She has edited books, monographs and journals in the area of Management. She has Indian copyrights and patents with the Australian Government IP Australia and the Indian Government. She has been invited as an expert speaker at various International and National forums.
She has successfully coordinated International Conferences and Research Methodology Workshops. She has attended many International-National- conferences, workshops and seminars and has presented research papers on various themes. She is an Institute Innovation Council (IIC) ambassador. Being the coordinator for the student development club for 10 consecutive years she was actively involved in Student development activities and has successfully conducted annual fest and student skill development activities. She is deeply engrossed in Institutional building activities and student enrichment programs and thus has created internal strength amongst students.

She received a Certificate of Honour for being a guest speaker at Global Peace & Sustainable Development Summit 2022 in which more than 70 countries participated. She has coordinated and anchored many National and International events. She has to her credit many awards and accolades. Won First prize in the business plan in a national-level contest for the project titled Eco-Sensing Clean Fuel Apparatus. She was felicitated by Mr. Marek Moron with a special award for giving significant inputs during the parallel session of United Nations CSW65, CSW66 , CSW67, CSW68 and CSW69 awarded by the Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board and by India’s leading Hindi National Newspaper for her literary skills.

Dr. Yogendra Singh Rajavat has been associated with Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas since July 2008 and is currently working as a Head of Department and as well as Associate Professor in the departments of IT & Systems. Dr. Rajavat is recognised Ph.D. Supervisor for Samrat Vikramditya Vishwavidhyalaya Ujjain, in the area of Computer Science. He has Eighteen years of teaching experience. Dr. Rajavat holds a Ph.D. in the area of Computer Applications. He has completed his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. His areas of interest include Information Systems, IT for Managers, Database Management Systems and programming languages like Python, AI, Cloud Computing and Machine Learning along with expertise in C and C++ Programming Language.

Dr. Ashutosh Vyas is currently serving as the Head of the Department Management and Senior Assistant Professor at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Dewas. Dr. Ashutosh Vyas is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Management, with over 20 years of rich and diverse experience spanning both academia and industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, awarded in 2015. Throughout his career, Dr. Vyas has made significant contributions to teaching, research, training and academic leadership.
His areas of academic interest include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Retail Management and Strategic Management. Mr. Vikas Sharma holds an MBA and an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the University Department of Computer Science, North Maharashtra University. He is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in a related area. Mr. Sharma joined the institute in 2007 as a faculty member in IT and Computer Science and is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the areas of Computer Science and Marketing.
His areas of specialization include Java Programming Language, Digital Marketing, Web Technologies, Database Management Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Computer Networking.
He brings with him over 17 years of academic experience along with 4 years of industry experience. He has worked as a Java Developer with reputed companies such as Logical Labs and E-Comm Sys Pvt. She joined Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas on January 11, 2021. She holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in Financial Services and has over 11 years of academic experience.She is a recognized Ph.D. guide in Business Management and is currently guiding research scholars in the area of finance and management. Mr. Aayush Joshi is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science & IT Department at the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Dewas. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the Mahakal Institute of Technology and Management, RGPV, Ujjain and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from the Institute of Computer Science, Vikram University, Ujjain.
His academic and professional interests include Software Engineering, Information Technology, Python, Data Communication & Computer Networks, Information Security and Web Design & Development. This professional background allows him to integrate practical insights and real-world applications into his teaching.
Prior to joining the institute, Mr. Joshi worked with SoftOps Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later with InfoBeans Technologies Limited as a Software Tester. Along with his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Joshi is also entrusted with the role of coordinating the Institute’s Sports Club as well as the IT Club, thereby contributing to both student development and extracurricular engagement.

Prior to joining the institute, Mr. Joshi worked with SoftOps Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later with InfoBeans Technologies Limited as a Software Tester. Along with his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Joshi is also entrusted with the role of coordinating the Institute’s Sports Club as well as the IT Club, thereby contributing to both student development and extracurricular engagement.

She completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Vikram University, Ujjain.

Ms. Priyal Karandikar is serving as an Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Dewas. Along with her academic responsibilities, she plays an active role in strengthening the Industry–Institute Interface, working to enhance collaboration between the institute and the corporate sector. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management from SIRT, Bhopal and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with specialization in Economics from BU, Bhopal.
