Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Jain initiated his career in 1983 and served Industries on various positions and functioned on senior managerial capacity till 1996. Before he joined academics, his last designation was General Manager (Commercial) in a closely held Limited Company. Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Jain is a rare combination of Industry Academia profile with a rich experience of 42 years including 13 years of industrial and 29 years of academic experience. He has joined academics in the year 1996 due to his primary inclination towards Academics and worked on various positions in renowned Institutes of Country.In year 2006 he has recognized as Professor by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya, Indore. Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Jain has developed various case studies, monographs, status papers edited volume books, modules, course curriculum and also published research articles/papers in National and International Journals for which he has also been recognized as Member of Editorial Review Board – Independent Journal of Management & Production, Brazil. He has been Managing editor of Prestige International Journal of Management and Research, Indore & Chief Editor for "PACE A Journal of Research of Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas". He has also guided Major Research Project of PG students and Ph.D. scholars of Doctoral Program as Supervisor/Guide since 2007. His area of interest of research is Multi-dimensional, management and administration
Under his guidance 35 research scholars have been awarded Doctoral degree. Beside all above he has rendered his consultancy to Health and Media Industry. He has also published white papers and written articles in national repute English and Hindi newspapers. He is member of AIMA, IPPC, NHRD and Indore Press Club, life member of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) and Shri Kendriya Sai Seva Samiti, Indore. He is also Honorary Co-Chair with "NABH Accredited Clinical Trial Ethics Committee" Diabetes Thyroid Hormone Research Institutes, Indore and also recognized as a Social Scientist by Govt. of India. He has been elected as Representative of Institutional Member in AIMA Council of Management for the term 2010-2012.
Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Jain has been recognized by UGC as speaker for EDU-SAT Vyas Channel live sessions on Management. He is trainer, motivator and guide for Research and Development activities. He has keen interest for overall development of Institute. He believes in transparency in work, networking, strict hierarchy and discipline with functional foremanship and unity of command. Presently working with PIMR Dewas as a Director, his before he was joined PIMR Dewas he was Dean Research with different Universities. Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Jain has contributed for NAAC, Ranking of the Universities/Institutions and also guided Ph.D. Scholars for publication of Patents and Copyrights.
Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Jain is also contributing with his research skill and recognized by Government of India to chair NABH Accredited Clinical Trial Ethics Committee Also Behavioral Trainer & Motivator, Member of International Editorial Review Boards like Independent Journal of Management & Production, Brazil.

Dr. Ashima Joshi is Ph.D in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishvadhiyalaya (DAVV), Indore. She is earned four masters degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Finance, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry and is Associate International Congress of Chemistry and Environment (AICCE). She had secured a position in the merit list of Devi Ahilya Vishvadhiyalaya, Indore. She is a recognized Ph.D Supervisor of Vikram university, Ujjain and few Private universities. She is empaneled on the Editorial Board of many International Research Journals of repute.
She is Faculty of HR and OB at Prestige Institute of Management and has teaching experience of 18 years. As Manager for one of the leading organisations, she has extended consultancy to industries and business houses and has created internal strength amongst students by conducting Students Enrichment Programmes.

Dr. Yogendra Singh Rajavat has been associated with Prestige Institute of Management Dewas since July, 2008 and presently working as Assistant Professor in the area of IT & Systems and marketing Department. He has Sixteen years of teaching experience. Dr. Rajavat has done his Phd In the area of computer application. He has done his Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization in Marketing. His areas of interest include Information Systems, IT for Managers, Database Management System, C & C++ Programming etc.
Dr. Rajavat is active member of academic development committee, Institute maintenance committee and student development committee of PIMD. Dr. Rajavat is also responsible for managing the activities of DTE Portal related with MBA admission. Dr. Rajavat is in charge of internal and external examination from 2013 and taking care of university portal related with examination. Dr. Ashutosh Vyas is working as HOD Marketing and Sr. Assistant Professor in Prestige
institute of Management and research Dewas. He started his academics journey as
Assistant Professor in the year 2009 with Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management Indore,
after SVIM he joined Oriental University Indore as HOD MBA and also work as research
guide. In his 13 years of academic journey he worked as mentor, guide, coach and
facilitator to thousands of students. Dr. Ashutosh Vyas awarded his PhD in Management
field by DAVV (Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya) Indore. His PhD topic is all about the
Impact of cultural values on consumer behavior but the soul of PhD was linked with
Bhagwad Geeta. He derived a unique understanding of consumer behavior from Bhagwat
Geeta.
